My name is September and I am a single Mom to an awesome 8 year old Boy Logan. He admires your style of guitar playing as much as I do. Logan has been learning guitar since he was 4 years old, he has a small collection but way more then I had at his age. Anyway. Logan had to undergo brain surgery on Dec. 13, 2011 in order to remove a tumor that was causing him great headaches. The surgery had some major complications which caused Logan to slip into a coma for about a month, he woke up Jan. 14th 2012 and suffered with amnesia. He has since gotten most of his memory back but one of the things he can't seem to get back is how to play the guitar. He has been very bummed about this yet determined if he has to start all over again, he WILL do so. Some of his greats range from you, of course Mick Mars, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, James Hetfield, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Jimi Hendrix, Synyster Gates, Zacky Vengance (Mostly because I am a lefty as well) but also extremely talented. Anyway as you can see his taste runs very crazy from the olds to the new, yet he really admires also how you treat your fans, he knows a little about your history as he reads everything he can but only what is written directly by you or by Nikki Sixx in his books, Logan doesnt believe in reading and believing all the crap you see on the internet, he believes "You either hear it from the artists mouth or dont believe it" thats a pretty strong statement for an 8 year old. Anyway I just wanted you to know that you have a very small yet determined fan as am I. We're hoping he'll get to go home soon, it's just him and I, the rest of our family is gone on to whatever world is next after you pass from this one.
